Ji Lee, of The Bubble Project, is Coming to ROFLCon

30,000 blank speech bubble stickers were printed and stuck onto billboards, advertisements, and other signs all over New York City. After marinating, they were photographed with messages passersby had written into them.

The project has spread to many cities (you can find the instruction kit here) and has also been published as a book.
