Registration Changes! IMPORTANT!

I wanted to announce that as of Noon tomorrow we will no longer allow any name changes to registrations as we need to print up name tags, and focus on getting everything all set for Friday. I just spent half an hour emailing anyone who had gotten in touch with me about this, but if you didn’t hear, or hadn’t emailed me listen up. In general the policy is as such: we are unable to issue refunds as we had initially announced might be the case, sorry to anyone who was hoping otherwise. We will be able to change the name of registrants as long as we know by 12 PM EDT tomorrow Wednesday April 23rd, so if you need to change the name on a registration PLEASE TELL US ASAP by emailing the name and email of both the current registree and the new registree to matt@roflcon.org. This deadline unfortunately must be strict.
