BoF, WTF?
Some of you have been puzzled by the “Birds of a Feather” dinners on the ROFLCon schedule. Others may have been wondering if Cambridge, MA has dinner foodstuffs. I’m here to answer your WTFs.
Our Birds of a Feather dinner is just an opportunity for ROFLCon attendees (and memes!) to meet up informally and talk about a shared interest. We’re going web two-oh with this, and letting you guys organize things on the forums.
To get a dinner started, just start a new thread with a topic you’d like to discuss. Include a location, if you have one in mind, or let a local drop by and make a suggestion.
Need an idea? BoFs that have been done @ other cons include: old folks, young folks, free culture, linux users, lbgtsa, political junkies, anime fans, etc. Go ahead and get things started!
