Friday Daytime Schedule and Registration

Important Note: The main conference activities MOVE DURING LUNCH. From the MIT Student Center into the central MIT campus during the lunch break. This is due to class schedules and space availability on Friday. Plan ahead!

Morning (10:00am - 2:30pm)

Getting to W20, Sala del Puerto Rico (Morning Only): Ideally, you’ll take the redline train to either Kendall or Central Square (from Central you can take the #1 bus to 77 Mass ave stop or walk up Massachusetts Avenue to MIT). From either stop it’s about a 15 minute walk, and you can use our pretty map to see where the train and bus stops are in relation to W20 is. We also have more detailed travel instructions. Here’s a Google map for morning registration/panels.

Morning Registration (opens at 10:00am): This will happen in the MIT Student Center, outside Sala del Puerto Rico (where all morning panels will happen). Please remember to bring ID (student ID, if you registered that way).

Afternoon (3:00pm - 6:30pm)

Getting to Building 34 (Afternoon Only): Take the redline to Kendall Square, it’s about a 15 minute walk, and you can use our pretty map to see where the train is in relation to Building 34. We also have more detailed travel instructions. Here’s a Google map for afternoon registration/panels.

Afternoon Registration (opens at 3:00pm, after lunch): This will happen in Building 34. Please remember to bring ID (student ID, if you registered that way). The afternoon panels will be held in Building 34 and in the Media Lab (E-15).
